First you need to know ZSOON’s way of renting bikes:
We present our bike stands where you pick up and return your rental vehicle – not any vehicles.

The app you have downloaded finds all local bike stands for you.

Every bike stand has its own ‘does’ for the timeslot like, ride types, vehicle
types, rental time durations, luggage storing and One-Way extra service.

But remember the golden rule: Pick up and return the vehicle at the same stand.

If you need to complete your ride somewhere else in the city just pay a little extra for One Way service and end your ride at another bike stand. For your One Way rides we charge you no extras for returns within the same zone.
